The Chairperson National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Dr. Salamatu Sulieman has commended the staff of the Commission for working hard to protect the rights of citizens and foreigners living in the Nigeria.

The Governors of Borno and Rivers State have among others emerged winners of the 2021 Human Rights Awards.

The Executive Secretary of the National Human Rights Commission Tony Ojukwu Esq made this disclosure in Abuja as the Commission prepares for the Commemoration of the 2021 International Human Rights Day Celebrations.

Chairman of the Independent Investigative Panel on SARS, Justice Suleiman Galadima rtd, on Thursday asked ACP Magawate Mode to assist the panel with vital information that will enhance it's ability to serve justice appropriately.
